Mark A. Ross is the principal of the Ross Law Group in Newport Beach, California. His practice centers on litigation that deals with trusts, estates, probate, and conservatorships. This includes matters involving
Mr. Ross serves on the Orange County Superior Court panel for appointment as Guardian Ad Litem and Court Appointed Council for proposed conservatees and elder abuse victims.
Mr. Ross has more than 21 years of experience, including handling trial and appellate cases and alternative dispute resolution in all Southern California’s counties and many in the central and northern part of the state.
He is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and all courts of the State of California.
Mr. Ross is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, a member of the Trust and Estates Section and Conservatorship section, and has served on the California State Bar Resolution Committee. He received his Juris Doctor from the Whittier College School of Law in 1999, a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license.
